Creating a personalized hamper should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
Here are answers to some common questions to help you build your hamper with ease and confidence.
How does occasion selection work?
When you choose an occasion, we suggest products that usually suit that moment — like birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries.
These suggestions are meant to guide you, not restrict you.
You’re always free to explore and add products outside the recommendations.
Can I add products outside the suggested list?
Yes, absolutely.
The suggested products are there to help you get started, but you’re not limited to them. You can browse and select any product you like while building your hamper.
Personalisation means freedom — and we encourage it.
What happens if I add more items than my hamper size allows?
Each hamper size has a defined capacity.
If you add more items than your selected size can hold, we’ll gently let you know and give you two options:
Upgrade to a larger hamper size, or
Keep your current size and remove the last added item
You’re always in control of the final decision.
Can I change my hamper size later?
Yes.
You can upgrade your hamper size at any point while selecting products. The pricing and capacity will update automatically to match your selection.
What does the hamper preview show?
The hamper preview gives you a visual idea of how your selected products may come together.
Some previews are AI-generated and will always be clearly labelled as such. These previews are meant to help you visualise the hamper, while real product images will be added as products are photographed.
Will my actual hamper look exactly like the preview?
The preview is a representation, not an exact replica.
Your actual hamper may vary slightly in arrangement, but the products you select and the care taken in packaging will remain the same.

Can I create more than one hamper in a single order?
Yes.
You can create multiple custom hampers and add them to your cart, along with ready-to-order hampers, and complete everything in a single checkout.
Can I order a hamper along with individual products?
Yes.

Individual products
All of these can be checked out together.
Are discounts applied automatically?
Any applicable discounts are applied automatically based on the products you select and whether they’re part of a hamper.
You’ll always see the final price clearly before checkout.
Do products get discounted when added to a hamper?
Some products are eligible for special pricing when they’re added to a hamper. This discounted pricing applies when the product is included in a Medium-sized hamper or larger.
For smaller hampers, products are priced at their regular individual rates. Any applicable pricing changes are reflected automatically as you build your hamper, so you’ll always see the final price clearly before checkout.
What if I’m not sure what to choose?
If you’re unsure, start with an occasion and explore the suggested products — they’re curated to suit common gifting needs.
You can also choose one of our ready-to-order hampers if you’d prefer something thoughtfully curated without customisation.
